Welcome to Drift into Wellness! A day spa providing therapeutic bodywork and resort inspired spa sessions. We are located inside Sunset Glow Suites in Melbourne, FL. Policies, prices, amenity availability, and treatment offerings are subject to change with or without notice Booking Policies All services require an advance appointment, and a valid credit card is required for all bookings. All clients must be 18 years or older to book an appointment and receive a service. All clients must fill out required intake form (updated as needed) and sign waiver form during booking process. General Spa Service Policies Clients must follow spa rules and regulations. Drift into Wellness and its spa professional reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason. No refunds for terminated services. For your safety, we check all IDs. For safety, no family or friends are allowed in the treatment room. No outside food or beverage permitted. We are a smoke, alcohol and drug free zone. With tranquility in mind, please silence or turn off mobile phones and electronic devices. Kindly no photos, video, or overall phone use while in session. Clients have the responsibility to communicate their preferences, expectations and concerns. Clients are responsible for communicating an accurate health history and any contraindications to their treatment session. If you have any ailments, allergies, sensitivities, disabilities or special health concerns, including pregnancy, please let us know in advance so we can best accommodate you. For the safety of mother-to-be and baby, all massage services are contraindicated for pregnancy. All services require a 25% deposit that will be placed toward your final bill. Any late appointments (10 minutes or more past start time) will relinquish their deposit and will be advised to rebook their service(s). Multiple incidents of late arrival may result in denied future bookings. In consideration of other guests and your spa professional it is required that you provide advance notice of 24 hours or more should you need to change or cancel your appointment. Any Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to payment of 50% the reserved service fee. If you are using a membership or package, one session will be deducted. No-Show Policy A no-show occurs when a client misses their scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations and are subject to our separate Cancellation Policy. No-shows will be subject to payment of 50% the reserved service fee and may be denied future bookings. If you are using a prepaid package or membership, one session will be deducted in place of a fee. We reserve the right to refuse future appointments to any client with a pattern of repeated no-shows. We do not accept cancellations via social media. We will send a booking confirmation and a reminder 48 hours before your appointment. Please confirm or reschedule as needed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our aim is to provide the highest quality service and make the best use of time for all clients and therapists. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session allow for check-in, paperwork, or preparation. Arriving past the appointment time for any service will limit the length of treatment. The full fee for the scheduled service will be charged, regardless of any reduced hands-on time. Rescheduling Due to Lateness If you are running more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling fees may apply and are subject to availability and therapist discretion. Clients who consistently arrive late may no longer be eligible to book services. If you anticipate being late, please call or text us as soon as possible. This allows us to adjust as needed. Prevention & Consideration Please do not attend your appointment if you are actively sick. Cancellation Policy

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Drift into Wellness has a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Drift into Wellness at (321) 345-7267 or driftintowellnessspa@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
